  Fantastic green chili and wonderful hometown space. Had the green chili bowl for dinner then juevos rancheros for breakfast the next day, both were absolutely outstanding. Don't expect super fast or warm revive here, but that's not why you come, the authentic food is worth the stop.

  Have been traveling to Reserve two or three times a year for the past four years. I have always eaten at Ella's when in Reserve. The food was always consistent and staff very friendly. The last two mornings I went to Ella's the waitress was extremely rude. Asked for water three different times and never received it, my wife asked for salsa for her eggs and we never got it, but were charged for it. The waitress got huffy when we asked for coffee refills and said we didn't want any just a few minutes before. After the second day of this, we went almost 30 miles to eat at Alma, NM. There was a gentleman from Reserve eating breakfast. He said he refused to eat at Ella's if that waitress was working.
  Would not recommend eating breakfast at Ella's, not because of the food, but because of the waitress.
